After running around Westwood, CA, attending UCLA, where he majored in psychology and minored in computer science and business management, Greg began his career in the equipment leasing industry. He spent 10 years learning the industry working from file clerk to Vice President of Credit at a large leasing company. He later went on to found a leasing company with his Father, Don Froomer. Recognizing the need in the industry for an inspection service provider that offered a fast, consistent, accurate, and quality product, Greg and Don co-founded Quiktrak, Inc. Since the beginning, Greg has been instrumental in leading the charge in a variety of senior roles. Currently he serves as President and CEO and the “whatever” it takes role.

Tish graduated from Claremont McKenna College with a degree in economics and psychology. Immediately after college she worked as a fund-raiser for a small school. She then decided to return to academia and attended Duke’s Fuqua School of Business. After two years of watching basketball and studying diligently, she earned an MBA with a focus on corporate finance. In the years between her time in North Carolina and when she joined Quiktrak in 2006, Tish worked for Kraft Foods, Tektronix, and Columbia Management (now part of Bank of America). She started at Quiktrak as the Chief Financial Officer, and in 2010 she took on additional responsibilities as the Chief Operating Officer. When not in the office, Tish is continuing her basketball-watching career at her kids’ games or growing food for her family’s dinner table in her (almost) organic garden.

Mark knew from the get-go that he thrived in creative and free-thinking environments, so it’s no surprise that in his 25 years of experience in the computer industry, he spent 10 of them owning his own company. Mark is that very rare breed of tech person - he has the expertise to analyze business issues and provide real solutions across a variety of industries, while at the same time communicating those solutions in such a way that those of us who are non-technical can understand. Inventory management, both in wholesale and retail businesses, became a major focus of Mark’s company. In 1995, Mark officially joined Quiktrak. He is the architect of both the Quiktrak system (used internally by Quiktrak) and the Revoquest system. One of the perks of the job that Mark enjoys is always having the latest, greatest and newest tech “toys.” After all, research and development is part of Mark’s job.

A natural problem solver and organizer, Kim was an integral part of the growth and development Quiktrak from day one. At one time or another, she has managed nearly every department, including operations, business development, client relations, sales and marketing, new product development and even accounting and human resources. With a visionary spirit and always looking for the next challenge, in 2003, Kim relocated to the United Kingdom to lead Quiktrak’s international development. Her focus over the last eight years has been to setup operations, develop business, and secure the strength of the Quiktrak brand overseas. Kim has a vast amount of industry experience and knowledge as well as strong customer relationships in both the U.S. and global markets.

After graduating from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama, with a BS in journalism and communications, and a brief stint as a ‘Sound-Off’ column writer at a small town newspaper, Jennifer soon realized that spending the next 50 years of her life in a newsroom was not her idea of a stellar career after all. So she packed up and headed to the Northwest, where she briefly dabbled in graphic design and other small ventures before landing at Quiktrak in 2001. Finding the stellar career she was seeking within the walls of Quiktrak, Jennifer rose quickly through the company and now oversees the North American operations, including the Audit and Inventory Management Services, Inspection Services, Quality Assurance and Inspector Quality departments. Jennifer has the busiest calendar in the office, and though the rest of us try to compete, she hands-down wins the award for “the most meetings.”
Cynthia Springer, Human Resources Manager more

Putting the “human” in Human Resources, Cynthia Springer has always been about employee relations and getting the right person in the right job. After graduating from Purdue University, she spent many years in the hustle and bustle of New York City working in executive placement and employee relations for major companies such as Saks Fifth Avenue and Grey Advertising. After moving back to Portland, Cynthia started her own consulting firm specializing in career management. Quiktrak was able to recruit this recruiter in 2005. Understanding the value that each member of the team brings, Cynthia can be found around the office checking in with people on a daily basis. Her genuine caring combined with her business skills makes her an excellent navigator through both the smooth sailing and sometimes murky waters of employee relations, and always with grace and a smile.

With a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the University of Idaho, a wife, two kids, a kid on the way, and a Labrador retriever, Dave and his wife, Nora, decided to load up the big maroon van and drive west. After years on the east coast, they craved the big sky country and ended up in Portland, Oregon which they would eventually call home. Dave began working in radio sales and moved around the country leading different sales teams in broadcasting. After three moves, the Saxe family eventually made it back home to Portland, Oregon. Essentially, Dave’s leadership, strength of character, and genuine spirit lead him to create successful sales teams—one of his true passions. When Dave isn’t leading a sales team to focus on attitude and effort, he can be found spending time with his wife and three kids, on the basketball court, or trying to be a cowboy.

Being a bit of a “Chatty-Cathy” makes Kim a natural to work with people. Kim graduated from Washington State University in 1992. She began working in the lease broker industry in 1994 with Provident Capital Group in Seattle. After taking a few years off to raise her kids, she joined Quiktrak in 2010. Being known as “the other Kim” at Quiktrak just wasn’t going to work, so she is affectionately known as “Riggs” around the office. Kim’s initial focus was on sales for the merchant cash industry but has now expanded into sales and customer relations for all of Quiktrak’s Inspection Services. Clients truly enjoy working with Kim and those that meet her at one of the many conferences she attends throughout the year do indeed comment on her beautiful hair. Kim works from her home office in beautiful Gig Harbor, WA.
